The Union of Agrarian Youth for more than 20 years has been organizing practical connection between different agricultural colleges; assists students to get agricultural probation at the various farms abroad and inside the country; provides trainings and seminars; folk festivals and agricultural competitions. The Union cooperates with many educational institutions in Ukraine.
With an aim to master modern international experience of managing the farm economy, the Union grants its members a chance to get agricultural internship in Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
Annually our Organization grants an opportunity for more than 400 students to participate in students exchange program. All participants are students of agricultural colleges of different fields of study: farming, veterinary, agronomy, mechanization, etc. All our candidates has high level of English speaking ability proved with KET and IELTS certificates.  
Our Organization has partnership ties with Denmark, USA, Norway, Canada, Australia and New Zealand for more than 15 years. More than 4,5 thousand of applicants have got agricultural experience with a help of our Union.  

GrowAbroad Membership

    The Union of Agrarian Youth is a member of GrowAbroad World Alliance for more than 10 years. GrowAbroad is a group of organizations which offers agricultural exchange programs for agrarian youth. These programs give young people a unique possibility to get international experience in agrarian sphere. Our partners from GrowAbroad are reliable and verified by long cooperation.
Every year GrowAbroad members organize meeting in one of the countries to discuss urgent and sharp questions for program improvement and to share views and plans. Our Union always takes part in every conference that stimulates to build strong ties and to meet new partners.

Our Festivals   

 Traditionally The Union of Agrarian Youth performs different festivals of friendship and professional mastership. Mostly the festivals take place at the agrarian colleges. The Union is usually the sponsor of these events. Every college has its team as a representative of educational institution. Teams show their best at the competition including different sport contests (speed and power), professional tournaments (livestock, agronomy, veterinary, mechanization) and folklore (singing, dancing, folk costumes). Main goals of the festival are: to support talent students; to promote the idea of national dignity and identity; to popularize agrarian sector of economy; to develop professional activity and theoretical background of students. Usually we invite international partner organizations; it facilitates the promotion of youth agrarian movement.

Agromek Participation

   Agromek is a world famous specialized agricultural fair that annually takes place at exposition center Messecenter Herning in Herning, Denmark. Agromek is not only the possibility to meet a presentation of modern agricultural technics and equipment but also meet world known producers, dealers and farmers who may be present there. We try to keep a hand on a pulse by visiting such famous events.
